About who needs care: My husband has glioblastoma. He is confined to bed. I am his caregiver. He cannot get up, the fall risk is too great. He is also often confused and can't express himself too well. He sleeps many hours during the day. Hospice is helping out with a Home Health Aide coming twice a week to give him a bed bath. I just need someone to be here and watch him, so I can go to the store or run other errands. About the care needs: Someone older who would listen to his stories or listen to yours. Male or female, friendly, kind. No special skills needed. Perhaps someone who has traveled and can talk about other countries. He likes baseball and football. Services needed include: companionship.
