About who needs care: Wheelchair bound. Can not put any weight on left leg. Broken ankle and knee reconstruction. Has PT on Thursdays at noon at ATI Physical Therapy in Goodyear. I am 250 lbs and 5 ft 11 in. Will need help to get up and down steep ramp. Also wil have upcoming doctor appt in Peoria. About the care needs: Just need transportation. Services needed include: transportation.
