Caregiver For Our Sweet 79 Year Old Mother

Would like to hire a caregiver for my 79-year-old mother-in-law on a weekly basis. She is mobile but at times need assistance with transferring. She is small , petite and weights approximately 100 pounds. She is currently struggling with dementia and needs assistance to complete her ADLs. She has a sweet personality and receptive when redirected. She is currently living with us so caregiving would be in our home. We do have three small dogs so caregiver would need to be OK with animals.
