Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Gilbert

About who needs care: My grandmother recently had a stroke. She is unable walk, or move independently. She cannot eat solid foods, and so she needs all of her food prepared by a blender and needs assistance to eat. She also is unable to use the restroom regularly, and needs assistance with changing adult diapers. I would like to find someone who can help my mother (who is her primary caretaker right now) with these items, as well as with bathing. We do have an accessible shower in the home, but my grandmother cannot get to the shower or stand in the shower on her own, so needs to be someone with enough strength to help with this as well. About the care needs: Additionally, her cognitive function isn't fully repaired after the stroke, so I would like to find someone who is kind, gentle, and patient. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
