About who needs care: My bc94 yo. Dad is not involved in any hobbies he basically is in his home 24/7. , hes mobile with a walker. Needs assistance grocery shopping, setting up meals, laundry, bedding, housekeeping and errands in town. Companionship is needed he loves to talk and reminisce. About the care needs: Dad likes sports and music. They need to have somewhat of a sense of humor, not quiet but not overbearing. He can be a little strong willed at times. Forgetful and hard of hearing. Will NOT get hearing aides. Someone who is caring and light hearted with the understanding of an elderly persons needs. My Dad has been alone 4 yrs. Since my Mom has passed Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
