Need Help Once A Week

Looking for companion care for my 60 y/o wife with late stage dementia, just once a week, L is a sweetheart currently at stage 6/7 and cannot be left alone, she can say very few words, but can babble at length. Needs assistance walking and using the bathroom. Job would be bathroom assistance and keeping her hydrated, comfortable and happy. I need to start taking care of my own health and start making appointments.. I posted in the past, but wasn't comfortable at the time leaving her, I had a neighbor sit with her recently and she was fine. Unfortunately the neighbor cannot continue to help.. I'm ready now.
