About who needs care: 75 y. o. Had knee replacement 2 years ago... now I'm going through various Dr. visits & they tell me need steroid shots in back with dream sleep, soon I go to YRMC west for endoscopy to check esophogus..... it seems I have things like that on & off when I will need a driver.... About the care needs: sometimes if I go to appt that I get dream sleep I take a walker wotj me... I am off balance a little, so need to hold on to something like walker @ times..... Services needed include: transportation.
