Wife passed away unexpectedly June 16, 2024. Was married X 42 years. Has 4 grown children in Central California state. 1i OR 2 neighbors providing all assistance now Poor memory from multiple factors X 10 years. Medication management assistance Meal preparation assistance Short shopping trips Light housekeeping. Client is physically mobile. One eye blinded. Assistance with locating a new PCP if possible. Possibly assist with bill payments (remind) May want care to continue at Senior Living Community after upcoming sale of family home in Arizona. Possible assistance with legal issues. About the care needs: Just be honest, friendly and kind. Be slightly outgoing if possible. Attentive, also punctual. We are flexible with days and times. We are considering 2-4 days of care each week after recovery period from double hernia repair. Also able to drive. Hold light conversation, etc., Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
