About who needs care: Dealing with medical condition that makes it challenging to walk so uses a wheel chair.. Not able to reach high places. Has a car (SUV) but unable to drive at this time. About the care needs: Patient loves watching sports so perhaps would enjoy someone who also enjoys. He has a spare bedroom/bathroom and perhaps would give up an additional bedroom so "roommate" could use that as a private living area/den. Best scenario would be someone who wants to pay a small amount of rent in exchange for help around the house, occasionally drive him to appointments. There is a large yard and swimming pool too. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
