Care Needed For Quadriplegic At Home

My brother was hit by a car March 2023 and has been in between nursing homes and hospitals ever since. He is finally coming home and will be living with our parents. We need someone who is comfortable with more complex care. He is on a ventilator, has a tube feed, and suprapubic catheter. He won't need much help with those except for maybe emptying the bladder bag. MUST be comfortable using a hoyer lift, showering, dressing, work on passive range of motion, and then get back in bed. Days, time, and hours are flexible but we definitely need some mornings, all evenings (ideally 7-10 but can change) and weekend mornings. Until my brother builds up tolerance for sitting in his power chair the shifts might be shorter and always at home. Eventually someone to take him places and be his hands.
