About who needs care: Memory difficulties, deconditioned, has one dog and one cat. Loves birdwatching and reading. About the care needs: She will need assistance with ADL's, bathing, cooking and getting out for some short walks with her walker. She has been taking frequent falls and with that and her memory difficulties needs some assistance but refuses full time care. My sister and I will be coming to town once a month to check on her. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
