About who needs care: Degenerative arthritis, needs assistance with dressing, going to the restroom and showering. Needs someone to drive her to hair appointments every Monday Wednesday and Friday as well as doctor's appointments Loves to watch sports, all the sports and is a big reader as well. Meets up with friends for brunch or lunch on Saturdays. Usually has coffee in the morning and then either brunch or dinner. Doesn't usually eat 3 meals a day. Only cooks simple meals due to mobility. About the care needs: Gentle touch, sense of humor, likes to banter. Ability to help lift or brace her as needed when getting in and out of the car. Knowledge of degenerative arthritis. Sports interests and reading Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
