About the job
We are seeking a TRUSTWORTHY and RELIABLE caregiver for my bed bound mom. It has been difficult finding reliable caregivers through the local agencies, so we are looking to pay out of pocket at this point. We are looking to start off at $15 per hour and will reevaluate to increase pay after 60 days depending on experience and reliability. She requires frequent changes as she is bladder and bowel incontinent. She needs help with exercises, she requires meals to be prepared for her but can feed herself. Meds need to be set in front of her. We take her vitals in the am and pm. Hoyer lift and Pure wick experience a plus. We will offer training to make sure you are comfortable with her and she is comfortable with you. I am extremely busy and require someone I can truly count on to be here. Evening and weekend shifts but could vary.
