Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Buckeye

I need companion care one week a month. I deal with uncontrolled catamenial epilepsy. I have 3 small children. I'm just looking for someone to help around the house during the week of my period is when I have a huge uptick in seizure frequency.
