Hands-on Care Needed For My 92-yr-old Father In Siloam Springs

About who needs care: Type 2 diabetes About the care needs: We are seeking one or two compassionate and experienced female caregivers to work 12 p.m. to 5 PM, 2-5 days per week, providing support for our 92-year-old father who requires assistance due to dementia and limited mobility. Flexibility for additional coverage is needed, including occasional shifts when our primary caregivers are unavailable. Our family lives on a small, peaceful ranch. The home is clean, well-maintained, and offers a warm and welcoming environment. My mother, who is 85, lives with my father and is fully mobile, actively involved in church, Bible study, and supporting him. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
