Needs reminding to eat and take meds. Needs help with mental attitude. He is recovering addict and can not take pain pills. Needs help with being lazy as he is overactive. How will he shower getting in and out of bathtub. About the care needs: No smoker. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
