About who needs care: My son is 19. He has cerebral palsy and is wheelchair bound. He is developmentally at a 2nd grade level. He is totally dependent although he can feed himself and steer his wheelchair. About the care needs: Someone that is strong enough to move him - transfer in and out of wheelchair. Ability to take him to movies, store and other fun things. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
