About who needs care: alzheimers / recent knee replacement / has become immobile since anesthesia from knee surgery. About the care needs: gentle kind but firm in being able to get patient out of recliner and hopefully into bath. Patient has not bathed since before 11/6. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
