About who needs care: Stroke, AFIB, High/ Low BP, has speech aphasia. Good at communicating needs, uses a walker to get around. Hard of hearing. Gets around well. Needs help with getting dressed and hygiene care. His ideal day or schedule. Wakes up around 8-8:30, breakfast, takes a nap at 11 everyday, wakes up at 1 p.m. ish, lunch, then watches tv until dinner around 5:30-6ish. Bed around 8 during the winter and 9 during the summer. About the care needs: Patient and kind. Especially with stroke/speech aphasia. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
