Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Bentonville

My father is in the early stages of dementia and has a visual impairment (he can see, but his field of vision is limited). We are now moving towards 24-hour care (he currently has a caregiver that handles care during the day), and we are looking for someone to provide evening shift care. Hours would be 8 pm-6 a.m. Will more than likely need two caregivers to cover 7 days per week. Caregiving expectations would be light snack before bed, put into bed, potential light laundry and light housekeeping, and monitoring to ensure minimum night waking.
