About who needs care: My dad had fallen and cracked his right hip and had semi hip replacement. He is also type 2 diabetic. He has had physical therapy and we continue to do all of his physical therapy at home by ourselves. My mom is able to take care of herself but cannot take care of my dad on her own. About the care needs: His only hobby is watching movies and word search. My dad needs assistance moving around,& going to the bathroom. He sometimes loses his balance, he needs a spotter just in case. He often forgets things, or what day it is. He also repeats himself quite often. He needs to do his physical therapy every morning and afternoon. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
