About who needs care: She has MS and is Wheelchair bound. she doesn't leave the house except for scheduled appointments. She has interest in TV. In nature especially birds. Her day is methodical She gets up and dressed. Being chair bound it is work she assists with turning and being told what to do. Due to the dementia and progressiveness of her disease she has difficulty in saying what she wants and needs. Like she will say "I want to go to bed" but what she really wants to say is I'm uncomfortable and needs adjustments in the chair. About the care needs: Careful and caregiving attitude who is positive encouraging and energetic. They will have to be to care with assistance equipment there is a Hoya lift and changing briefs 3-4 x per day. The only interest is cooking because she loves to eat. Good food that is. It would be a real plus. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
