About who needs care: My mother has moderate dementia. Physically she is very healthy and well groomed. My goal is for her to have structure during the day. Have breakfast at home (needs help with food preparation). She likes to go out for lunch, enjoys light shopping and conversation. I will work with caregivers to best accommodate the days and times they're available. About the care needs: Would like to implement a healthy routine and activities for my mother. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping and companionship.
