About who needs care: My dad has Parkinsons and has very little strength in his legs. My mom needs assistance in caring for him- primarily in the mornings (getting him out of bed, getting dressed, and transferring him to his wheelchair and lounge chair). She would also like help with changing his sheets and doing laundry. About the care needs: We need a physically strong caregiver who is skilled in transferring patients who have little use of their legs. Someone with a cheerful, positive attitude who is willing to take initiative on tasks would be very desirable. Our caregiver should also be able to assist with diaper changes and bathing/showering. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
