Seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced caregiver to provide in-home care for my Gran, on hospice care. She is, alert and oriented and will keep you laughing, but requires hands-on assistance with mobility and personal care. This role is essential in ensuring her comfort during this stage of life. Roles: *Assist with safe transfers between bed and chair *Support hygiene needs including diaper, gown and linen changes, and bathing *Prep and serve meals *Perform light housekeeping duties *Communicate with family members and hospice team as needed Qualifications: *Prior experience as a caregiver, preferably in hospice or elder care *Ability to safely assist with mobility and transfers *Strong sense of compassion, patience *Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy *CNA or HHA certification is a plus but not required **Time flexible**
