Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Madison

About who needs care: She is a recovering alcoholic that cannot go into rehab at this time due to ambulation problems and cognitive changes. She has had multiple recent falls. She has balance problems. Recently acquired a walker to help with walking. She needs to be reminded to accomplish everyday self care activities and take her medications. She likes to read and sit outside on her patio. She is an early riser and spends most of her day moving about her home trying to find things since her recent move. We are hoping that she will regain mobility and be able to return to an inpatient rehab in the next couple weeks. This is hopefully a temporary situation due to the medications they put her on to detox from alcohol while hospitalized. She needs someone to be with her to keep her company and make sure she gets around safely while we cannot be there. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
