Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother/Father-In-Law In Huntsville

Seeking care for my mother-in-law in 70s and father-in-law in 80s. Duties include transport (doc appt, errands,), and meal prep. The situation is fluid. My father-in-law has declining health but still drives, shops, cooks, and cleans. He has been hospitalized overnight 3 times in the last 3 months for different reasons. He is currently the primary caregiver for my mother-in-law. She is overweight and mostly bound to a recliner but can get up on her own for the toilet. She requires a wheelchair down the ramp to get in the car but can walk up the ramp on her own with walker. Currently, seeking someone who can come regularly to help him out, less frequently at first, but more in time. Also seeking and a few caregivers who can be on call to fill the gap when we can't during crisis periods. Soon we may 24/7 care or live in person.
