Seeking A Sweet, Fun Caregiver For Loving Grandparents

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and reliable caregiver to assist my grandparents. My mom lives close by and is a great support, but their needs are now beyond what she can 100% offer. They need help with medication prompting, mobility, personal care (especially safe showering for my grandmother), light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and transportation. My grandfather has memory challenges due to a TBI and TIA, so we need someone patient, engaging, and experienced in memory care to provide companionship, prompting, and stimulation. Both grandparents speak English; my grandmother also speaks Hindi, and my grandfather is fluent in both. Willingness to use Google Translate is a plus.
