About the care needs: Must be old enough to understand the condition and personable to engage in conversation as well as take control when he wants to go or do things he should not. The person should not just sit around with him, they should make themselves busy. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
