Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Birmingham

About who needs care: My father has dementia and my mother has Parkinson's. I'm not sure yet what sort of care we need because I don't know what's available. I have secured a place for my dad at a memory care facility called Danberry at Greystone, but he refuses to go, so I am exploring alternative options. My mom simply can't handle things as they are anymore. Thank you. About the care needs: I think my dad may have a bit of anosognosia -- in other words, he doesn't seem to know that he needs help to the extent that he does. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
