April is a 32 yr female, in a wheelchair-Her feet do not work. She needs help washing-bathing, dressing, & preparing lunch, which she usually has a delivered to front porch. Talk with her, visit, maybe work on small exercises to strengthen muscles. Eventually you will need to get her out of bed to transfer to wheelchair via hoyer lift. April has a slight speech impediment, She's only 32 years old and fairly new to her injury as well as Alabama. She loves reality tv and is content with playing on her phone while watching TV. She use a purewic system and briefs. You will need Patience, a sense of humor, good work ethic, and yet calming. Maybe a little experience in minor care, bathing, and changing. Prior experience with a house lift and wheelchair would be good, but not necessary. I will be present in home for most of her care. . Services Needed: Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding.
