About the job
We need companion care to help take care of my grandmother in Birmingham. Duties include mostly providing companionship and social interaction. We may need you to handle groceries or quick errands when appropriate if we are out of town, other than that her errands are taken care of. Days/hours are flexible based on caretaker's availability, but we would like to come up with a regular set schedule (because it is less stressful for my grandmother to know when to expect company). Actual starting date is flexible, but we would like to have someone hired and familiar with her before June 26th. We would like to start out with 2 days a week (just a couple of hours each day). We are open to discussing increasing this after some time if needed/preferred. Thanks so much!
