About who needs care: My mom, Patricia Allen, had open heart surgery in June 2023. She has early onset dementia and a history of UTIs. She has a history of falling and her cognitive functioning has declined. My mom wakes up to eat breakfast. She plays a brain game. She has trouble driving and getting around. She needs help walking, getting into a car, using the bathroom, taking her medicine on time, going to appointments, and scheduling appointments. She likes to feed the ducks, garden, watch her grandkids play sports, she likes to use her phone and her Kindle. About the care needs: A female caregiver is a must. The caregiver should be patient because my mom is very determined. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
