Seeking care for my parents, both in their 80s. One has moderate dementia and the other is physically disabled and bed-bound. We have a well-oiled team you would be joining of 4 other women. We run 24/7. This job includes cooking, medication management, light housekeeping and keeping them safe and comfortable. The perfect caregiver would be soft-spoken and able to manage a dementia "roamer" with kindness and compassion. We prefer someone who can handle the redirection of dementia without getting frazzled. You must be able to lift 85 pounds once every shift.
