Help Keep A Parkinson's Patient In His Home In Harpers Ferry

I need your help to be part of a support network for a dear friend and his wife. My friend has Parkinson's and diabetes. His Parkinson's has recently become much worse so he can't take care of himself anymore. His wife works and we are looking for someone to help her and stay with him while she has to be away. We are looking for hands-on care from someone who has had experience with Parkinson's or dementia patients. You would need to help with getting him in and out of bed, bathing and grooming, medication management, feeding and some light meal preparation. He is a sweet person who loves animals. They have a dog and cat so preference is for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets. I would love to hear ideas that have worked for other clients that you have helped.
