Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider

I need senior care provider with experience for my Mom who lives in my home. She is very nice. We're looking for some help preparing her morning and evening meals. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. We can also talk about transporting to/from appointments. She doesn't leave the house much but likes to get her nails and hair done. Trying to start with a couple hrs a few days a week, but could increase. Must be able to safely transfer her with under arm assistance at times. She is fully dependent on a walker and uses a wheelchair when leaving the home. Must be able to lift 25-50lbs easily and assist with transfers of 125 lb woman. She likes to play yahtzee and cribbage and watch game shows. Would do a crossword puzzle with you or other activity.
