About who needs care: Severe TBI, non verbal, requiring 100% cares. Day shift: Medication and nutrition through a g tube. Dress and change briefs. Transfer from bed to wheelchair using a hoyer with 1 person. PT, OT and speech therapy activities through the day. Shift position through the day. On occasion, bring to appointments. About the care needs: Non smoker. Energetic, empathetic and motivational person that will help patient improve his quality of life and the joy in his life. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
