I need a hands-on care provider experience for my mother in her 70s. She recently broke her leg and is currently getting surgery to fix it. Prior to this, she was independent. We don't know exactly how much assistance she'll need after her surgery, but at the very least would like someone to check on her in the mornings and assist her to get cleaned up and settled for the day. Likely, we'll need someone who can handle light housekeeping and meal prep some simple breakfasts and lunches. We'd like to schedule someone to come nearly daily for the first two weeks following her surgery, then reassess how much assistance she requires. Preferences for a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained.
