About who needs care: Walks with walker. Sleeps in lift recliner walks to bathroom. Needs assist to change continence pad twice a day and clean peri area, apply ointment. Usually continent of stool and urine but dribbles a bit at both ends. Has hospice baths 2days a week. Some family in area to assist. Care would be 3-5 days a week to supplement family and hospice care. Spouse lives with and is independent but uses walker About the care needs: Basic care giving. Reliable, friendly, efficient in and out morning and bedtime cares Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
