Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Green Bay

About who needs care: Two parents. Male (Dad) 89, cancer survivor. Ambulatory limitations, sight, frailty, moderate memory loss, sundowning, COPD, recurring health issues (edema, recent bowel obstruction/surgery). Female (Mom) 87, chronic/hi-moderate dementia, frailty, recurring health issues (recent UTI) anxiety. Both still residing in home but no longer able to (safely) care for each other medically/housekeeping/cooking. Emotionally, quite supportive of each other. Family not living in Green Bay but very involved and visit frequently. Local "wellness" check-in person provides med check, some companionship, transport to appointments and shopping. Caring and reliable neighbor. Additional support in area, but not dedicated/scheduled service providers. Looking for immediate service provider. About the care needs: Patient Tolerant of resistance to service, at least initially (very proud parents.... to a fault) Paliative skills would be valued. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
