Hands-on Care Needed For My Father-in-law In Green Bay

We need hands-on care to take care of my father in Green Bay (East side). Need someone to go to his apartment in evening around 5-6 p.m. Probably 30 minutes to an hour. Assistance with medication is needed (insulin so need someone willing/able to do injection). Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets. He has two cats that I feed/water clean cat box for as well. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation (Just dinner). Needing for three days while we go on vacation may turn into couple times a week to give myself a break.
