Companion Care Needed For My Father In De Pere

About who needs care: My father has MS and is starting to have more memory issues. It's likely that he'll lose his license in the near future. I'm looking for someone who would be able to help do anything from monitor/help him setting up his meds for the week, check things like his blood pressure, take him to appts, take him out and about (he likes to go grocery shopping and to Cropsey's for mountain dew and get 'numbers' for football games). About the care needs: someone who is laid back but can see through my dad's "everything is fine" attitude, some medical skills required... Services needed include: transportation.
