About who needs care: Spouse has ALS and is losing her ability to use her limbs, her voice, her swallowing. Currently has a feeding tube and only walks with assistance to the bathroom and back. About the care needs: Be able to handle taking care of personal needs and would eventually need to be able to lift her to move for personal needs. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
