About who needs care: Seeking transportation assistance for my dad who is going to have a knee replacement surgery. Need someone to get him down to his procedure and back May 7-8. Then will need someone a few hours a day, 3-4 days per week to help get him to his physical therapy appointments and light help around the house while he rehabs. He is otherwise in great shape, very active and without any mental deficiencies. About the care needs: Conservative, mature. Able to make a few light meals and get him to his PT appointments. Help him get upstairs, elevate his leg, maybe help get him in and out of the shower (we will get a shower chair). Dad is a business owner, does reloading and likes history. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
