About the job
My dad has been active all his life. He recently had a bad fall and has returned home from a couple of weeks of PT. He is going to need home care indefinitely. Although he is improving, he needs support to get up and down (he may need less as time goes on). He will also need help bathing. My mother, also in her 80s, is in the house, but only able to provide extremely limited help. We are looking for someone to come over during the day, make sure my dad is safe, help him move around the house (when he wants to), prepare some meals, and do light housekeeping. Hours would be somewhat flexible, but we'd like to get into a routine.
