Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Tacoma

We are hoping to move mom from an AFH to our home ASAP. I need a hands-on care provider for my mother in her 90s. Assistance with medication is needed. Please be willing to do light housekeeping and laundry. Personal care required, including feeding, keeping her clean, warm and comfortable. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation and feeding. Duties include providing companionship and some social interaction. Mother is bedridden and on Hospice care. Be willing to work with Hospice. She sleeps a lot but likes to listen to music when awake. She seldom speaks and has some dementia. I am planning a 4 hour morning shift and 4 hour later afternoon shift but am still working on these logistics. It could change after she arrives. We are a multigenerational family (adding one more generation) with small pets.
