About who needs care: I have spondylothesis, a bad nerve, cervical disc buldging, vertigo, migraines, dystonia, hyper reflexes, hip problems, lower and middle back problems. Problems lifting my arms. Some days I can barely walk, I can only sit up for about an hour on a good day. I have periods where I am weak and can barely move and also periods where I get lightheaded and dizzy sitting up standing up walking bending. Ive lost all hobbies and interests and I dont have any structure to my day its just when Im able to Ill do a task or two. About the care needs: Food sense of humor caring helpful Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
