About who needs care: Dementia, unspecified but I would say stage 4/5 out of 7. Epilepsy, managed with medication. Ischemic stroke of frontal lobe causing loss of motor control on left side though not full blown loss of function. Needs help with a bath, using the restroom, moving from room to room. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
