Part-Time Caregiver Needed For Elderly Stroke Survivor-Seattle/Seward Park Area

About the job

Help is needed for my wife, who is in her 70s and a stroke survivor. She has lost mobility on her dominant side but is able to stand on one leg with assistance. We are looking for a compassionate, caring individual to provide part-time care. Responsibilities include helping her transfer between her chair and wheelchair, assisting with toileting, preparing meals, supporting her with mobility exercises, and performing light housekeeping duties. The ideal caregiver will be patient, reliable, have a good sense of humor, and be attentive to her needs. Preference will be given to someone who is CPR and First Aid certified and has received the COVID-19 vaccine.
