About the care needs: Competent, kind. We need bathing, perhaps some injections. Some meal prep. Ideally someone who would be at the house when Tom wakes up to help with using the bathroom, cleaning, and showering and helps him with his breakfasts. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
